‘Old is new’ Spanish Style – An Atherton home was designed to feel as though it had been around for ages. The details mattered in this interpretation of old Santa Barbara architecture—from the rustic techniques, dark stains, copper accents, to the beam work, vintage-looking cabinetry and stone flooring. Using local artisans allowed more control over the schedule, budget and end result.
